Delivery & Returns
We make every effort to give the most accurate product details and pictures and we hope that you love your products. Transactions are in Pounds Sterling and are processed securely by our Nochex Merchant Account (the payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “Nochex”) or by PayPal. Alternatively, you can telephone us on 01576 747 156 to reserve goods and send us a cheque. If your goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
Postage & packing
Standard delivery (3-5 working days) costs £3.95 per order. Large items such as furniture are charged at £11.95. You can also choose an express service for some standard size items. This costs £9.95 and orders need to be placed by 2pm Monday – Friday for delivery within 1 – 2 working days. The delivery options will be offered to you before you pay. Increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control may result in slightly longer delivery times. We are delighted to send to BFPO addresses.
Delivery to Europe is £15 and delivery to the Rest of the World is £25. A few items can’t be sent abroad – please check with us if you are unsure.
Some products are special order items (noted on the product page) and delivery can take longer than our standard delivery times.
We offer gift wrapping for £3.95.
Prices are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate. Please note that orders sent outside the EU may attract import duty and local sales taxes. These charges are beyond our control and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.
For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. This applies to cancellable goods (please see below). Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
If you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product, please email email@example.com outlining your reasons.
If you have already received your order, please repackage it in the original box and protection and return it to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order. Products should be returned unused and have their tags and packaging intact. Wallpaper rolls must be returned in the original unopened cellophane wrapping. We recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the product.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the product or 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product. If there were no goods supplied, this will be 14 days after the day on which you informed us about your decision to cancel your order.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product (including packaging) resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than that is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it. This includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us.
